Experience, curiosity and specialist clinical practice

I’m an BACP and AP accredited psychotherapist, EMDR Europe Accredited Consultant Supervisor, and mental health trainer with over 20 years’ experience working in mental health.

Alongside my clinical practice, I provide supervision, case consultation, training and consultancy to therapists, clinicians, services and organisations. My specialist areas include EMDR, trauma and complex trauma, neurodivergence, eating disorders, and complex mental health presentations.

My approach is grounded in clinical experience, current evidence and an ongoing willingness to question assumptions. I am particularly interested in how we make therapeutic practice more accessible and responsive to individual needs, rather than expecting people to fit existing models or systems.

I aim to translate complex clinical knowledge into practical, thoughtful approaches that professionals can actually use in their work.
