Jodie has delivered training and consultancy across a range of private, charitable, and independent services, supporting organisations to develop more inclusive and neuroaffirming approaches to care.
Recent projects have included designing and delivering a foundation-level online neurodiversity training programme for a multi-site mental health and addiction treatment provider, followed by an in-person training day exploring practical adaptations to therapeutic practice and the complex intersections between neurodivergence, and various mental health conditions.
She has also delivered a series of three half-day online workshops for therapists facilitating an online recovery and mental health programme, focusing on recognising and responding to neurodivergent needs within therapeutic and recovery-focused settings.
Additional recent training delivery has included face-to-face workshops for secondary care addiction services, specialist sessions examining the intersections between neurodivergence and eating disorders for eating disorder teams, and training for adolescent mental health services exploring the clinical considerations, adaptations, and support needs of neurodivergent young people.
Her training combines current research, clinical expertise, and lived experience to provide practical, reflective, and immediately applicable learning that supports meaningful change in both individual practice and wider service delivery.
